We utilize WeTransfer for file sending.

We ask that you send dry stems (no effects or processing) from any recording software or Pro Tools sessions. We ask that you send a rough mix and/or an example mix

Please include mix notes when submitting your files. Anything you want us to know about how you want your mix to turn out!

We’ll send you a follow up email after your order’s placed with instructions and a link to upload your tracks.

Depending on the service and amount of songs, delivery times can vary. Here's a general idea of what to expect:

• 1 Song: 2-3 Days
• 5 Songs: 3-5 Days
• 10 Songs: 3-7 Days

If Rush delivery was included, we bump you to the top of the list and you can expect a turnaround time of 12-24 hours.

Once the mixing and mastering is complete, our online packages include 1 free revision per song. 

After 48 hours of your tracks being sent out that free revision does expire so be sure to reach out as soon as possible for any changes that need to be made to your mix. Any revisions after will have additional charges.

In addition, for revisions that go above and beyond minor tweaks (major changes or a full remix), additional charges may apply.
